a few days ago we bought four little plant growing kits from Target for $1 each. i picked flowers, sam picked “ornamental peppers”, and we somehow ended up with two basils.
the only place that gets sunlight is this window, and, so, of course, the kitten knocked the pots off of the windowsill over and over again.
so i was suprised and delighted to see one of the pots of basil starting to bud!
